IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 

Setup Friday 2/13/2026 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

If you are helping with setup, we will meet at the Engineers Club of Dayton at 4:00 pm on Friday.

• We will load vehicles and then head over to Sinclair.

• Cynthia will be at Sinclair from 2:00 - 3:30 pm on Friday if you need to arrive early and check out the space.

  • Engineers Club of Dayton, 110 W Monument, Dayton, OH 45402

• Enter the Club through the side doors.

• Pizza at Old Scratch will be provided at 6:00 pm.

Attire

Shirts:

• If you have a UD Baja or Engineers Club shirt, please wear it. Otherwise, please wear a solid color shirt in red, blue, navy, or white. It's not required, but it helps us look more professional.

Jeans are fine.

Please wear comfy shoes.

 

Volunteer Check-In

Volunteer Room 133

• Please check in to Room 133 before heading over to the Engineers Club tables.

• Complimentary snacks and beverages will be available in the Volunteer Room.

• Please leave any valuables at home or safely locked in your vehicle.

 

Tear-down Sunday 2/15/2026 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

• If you are helping with tear-down, we will begin cleaning up by 5:00 pm on Sunday.

• We will load vehicles and then head over to the Engineers Club.

• Once we drop everything off at the Engineers Club, we will head out for another fine complimentary feast. (Location TBD)
